the section was well through. my qualms are with the packaging and description. here was a very small and loose quantity of bubble wrap so two of the spacers had small dents in them from banging together. IMPORTANT: this section does not fit stock vw mk4 golf (without some machining) Amazon claimed it would fit my car, which it did not. Although with some grinding it worked well
