Battling it out for the best pecs, Jimmy Fallon and Terry Crews went all out in a very strange and oily nip-synch competition.

Trying to upstage his legendary lip-synch competitions, Fallon went for a whole new angle with a battle of the pecs instead. The host and his guest, actor and former athlete Terry Crews, stood shirtless next to each other as they lip-synched while their pecs nip-synched at the same time.

Crews was the clear and obvious winner, although Fallon's body wasn't even his own. The late-night funny man had his head imposed on a far more muscular body than his own for the hilarious duet.

The contest which was inspired by a scene in Crews' new movie Blended in which he does a pectoral chest dance had both men performing to Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder's hit "Ebony and Ivory." Trying to keep straight faces, the pair goes on singing as their pectorals take turns flexing up and down to the melody.

The 45-year-old former NFL player looked totally buff and was far more talented at pec-dancing than his opponent's body-double counterpart. Fallon's stand-in could hold his own, but had no chance against Crews' amazing pectoral choreography.

Meanwhile, Fallon did all he could not to bust out laughing at the very bizarre display of nuttiness. Not only that, but as the duo did their thing, Fallon's head moved slightly away from "his" body when he looked sideways trying not to smirk.

In the studio, Fallon was actually standing fully clothed in his suit with a green screen behind him, while the audience could see him on a large TV screen with the body double imposed. However, viewers at home only got the full green-screen image with both men showing "their" chests.

11:34 AM PT -- We're told the dog was picked up Tuesday by animal control -- in an extremely aggressive state -- and a decision has been made to euthanize the animal.

Let's be honest, most cats don't do squat, but this feline from Bakersfield,CA is the exception ... after it ran to the aid of a young boy being attacked by a dog ... and scared the vicious animal away. MEOW!!!!

Check out this surveillance video from Tuesday afternoon ... you can see the boy riding his bike in front of the home when the dog comes around from behind an SUV anddrags the boy off his tricycle by his leg.

The dog wrestles with the boy's leg for just a few moments until the HERO CAT comes flying in ... knocking the dog off the boy before chasing the canine away.

The boy's parents say he needed a few stitches after the attack (you can see his injuries below) but overall, he's doing fine.According to local reports, the dog belonged to a neighbor and is now under investigation.

Tyrions trial this season, explains Showrunner D.B. Weiss, creates a real rift within the Lannister family, which, on one hand, is a family full of people who are all constantly at each others throats and, on the other hand, committed to the legacy of the Lannister family.

Whats fun about the trial sequence, says writer and co-producer Bryan Cogman, is the scene between the family is all in what isnt said. It was a tremendously difficult scene to get right tonally.

Its a huge challenge, says director Alik Sakharov, simply because its a big set piece. Huge throne room, as you see, quite a lot of extras.

Teachers deserve our appreciation all year long, but this is the week to be intentional about it.

According to the National PTA, May 5th through 9th (thats this week!) is Teacher Appreciation Weekits the 30th anniversary of this occasion, in fact.

Of course, teachers deserve our appreciation all year long, but this is the week to be intentional about it. Make it a point to thank a teacheryour childs, your own, one you know and lovefor all he or she does in caring for and educating our kids.

Oh but how? you ask.

You could spend gobs of time scouring the Teacher Appreciation Week tag on Pinterest, but as a former classroom teacher, I suggest you keep two words in mind when figuring out the best way to show the teachers in your life some love: simple and sincere. While the cute crafts are appreciated, what teachers really need is our support. A heartfelt note, email, phone call, or even an in-person conversation thanking them for what they do goes a long wayand will probably stick with them much longer than that tote bag or flower pot ever would.

(Although donuts and coffee gift cards usually go over pretty well, too.)
